For the past ten years, Tim has been consulting on leadership development, communication, and change to some of the world's top companies including personal coaching for senior executives in those companies. A frequent contributor to books and articles, Tim is the author of Moving from Promise to Performance, a book designed to help individuals, groups, and organizations bridge the gap between inspiration and implementation.

His industry experience includes working for Xerox, IBM, Ernst & Young, Pecos River Learning Center, and Trammell Crow Family Interests. He successfully managed and led groups and companies through all phases of business and economic cycles. Tim is knowledgeable about issues in more than a dozen industries. He has accomplished success in leadership development, sales, sales management, business planning, product development, industry marketing, corporate coaching, keynote speaking, and senior management.

Tim is founder and president of Seneca Leadership Programs in Dallas, Texas. He has lectured on current issues in leadership for Lowry Mays Graduate School of Business, Fellows Program at Texas A&M University School of Business, College Station, Texas. He is also a member of The National Speakers Association as well as a Director of the National Speakers Association of North Texas.
